You are very welcome to come and stay with Willem and Ineke, for one or more restful nights at our cosy garden cabin.
The BIG green HEDGE
cabin has it's own covered deck with rose bushes and is very quiet and
privately located behind our cottage in our park like garden with a
lovely view towards the hills. Our
garden has been called 'a hidden paradise' in which you can go for a
stroll and enjoy the birdsong all year round. Make yourself a cup of
coffee or tea in your cosy and romantic room and feel right at home.
The room contains a (new) very comfortable king size bed with quality sheets and electric blankets, table and chairs and a large cupboard. Please note; de cabin has no en suite toilet and bathroom. Private
toilet and bathroom are only 10m away, located at the (well lit) back
in the main house.
Plenty off street parking available. Camper vans welcome.

There are two bikes available for exploring the village and the beautiful roads in the foothills behind Oxford.
Our
house is in the village, a five minute walk from the Main street.
There is a public swimming pool in our street and the local Service
Centre and Library are on the corner of Burnett Street and Main Street.
Oxford has some great gift shops, an art gallery and a supermarket. We
have Jo Seagar's Cafe (TV celebrity cook) and cook school in town and
the township of Oxford is positively b(l)ooming.
Come and Experience Oxford
and New Zealand for yourself. Willem and I are very easy going Dutch Kiwi's. We have a
big kitchen table and lots of tea and coffee and always time for a chat.
We
hope you like our dogs. Boris the robust Afghan Hound and
Simmi the soulful Cocker Spaniel. They are very loving and will give
you a warm welcome.

B&B 'The BIG green HEDGE'
is situated almost at the end of Burnett Street (coming from Main
Street) on the right hand side of the road. We are the property behind
the big green hedge...! The entrance is up the drive through the iron
gate. This gate is always closed for the dogs, please ring the bell on
the left. Thank you.
